'So How Do I Change?' Workshop
schools/colleges
From Awareness to Action
Many young people want to make positive changes in their lives – whether it’s quitting drugs or vaping, reducing screen time, or breaking other unhealthy habits. But knowing you need to change and then taking action are two very different things. That’s where the ‘So How Do I Change?’ Workshops come in. This can be booked on its own or as a powerful Add-On to my 'Drug Prevention & Addiction' Talks.

Using the Change Equation as a foundational methodology, these interactive workshops guide students through some key principles of lasting transformation. Through powerful exercises and self-reflection, they learn how to build motivation, overcome resistance, and create a clear, achievable plan for change.

What Makes These Workshops Different?
Hands-On & Practical – More than just a talk, students engage in real activities that help them apply what they learn.
Personal & Relevant – Whether it’s substance use, gambling, gaming, or other bad habits, each student does individual work based on their own goals.
Backed by Science & Experience – Combining evidence-based strategies with real-world insight, these sessions create genuine "fist in the air" moments of hope and empowerment.
